For any approved cancellation, the paid amount will be refunded to customer’s account by 7 to 10 working days.
A customer may cancel their order before the order is shipped.
If by any aspect the transactions made by the customer are suspicious, company may cancel that order.
In case of unavailability of any product in a bulk or individual order, company may split the order & keep that product in waiting till the product available & rest list as a single order will be delivered. In this case if the customer is not willing to give time, then he/she can cancel the waiting product order.
For delivery & logistic related unavoidable issue company may cancel order.
In the terms of product detail specification which we get by third party vendor could be inaccurate for technical error. In this case if unable to overcome the situation company may cancel the order.
As a track of previous behaviour /transaction of customer, company may take the call to cancel order in future.
